    These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of OdometerIQ, provided by Duskfield Studios LLC ("we", "us"). Please read them carefully.

    1. Acceptance

    By creating an account or using OdometerIQ, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

    2. Your account

    You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

    3. Trial & billing

    • OdometerIQ offers a 7-day free trial. If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged.
    • Paid plans are billed in advance: $6.99 weekly, $12.99 monthly, or $99.99 yearly.
    • You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access through the period you've already paid for.
    • Prices may change with notice; changes apply to future billing periods.

    4. Acceptable use

    You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it to violate any law. The app and its content remain the property of Duskfield Studios LLC.

    5. No tax advice

    OdometerIQ is a mileage tracking and record-keeping tool. It applies the IRS standard mileage rate for convenience and produces estimated figures for your records. It does not provide tax, accounting, or legal advice, and we do not guarantee any specific tax outcome. You are responsible for the accuracy of your records and should consult a qualified tax professional about your situation.

    6. Limitation of liability

    The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Duskfield Studios LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any tax positions, penalties, or losses arising from your use of the app or reliance on its figures.

    7. Changes

    We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll let you know. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
